Craig Werger is the only TDI and SDI Instructor trainer, and TDI Full Cave Instructor Evaluator on Koh Tao. He is also a PADI IDC Staff Instructor and Technical Diving Instructor.
Originally from Kelowna, BC, Craig began diving during a Canadian winter, with a water temperature of just 4°C and was instantly hooked! In 2007 Craig moved to Koh Tao, Thailand to pursue his passion for technical diving, wreck and cave diving, and to undertake professional level training.
Craig is an experienced Cave and Wreck instructor, with an active involvement in wreck exploration projects around Thailand. He runs both educational and exploratory Cave Diving trips around Thailand and Worldwide. He has extensive knowledge of Southern Thailand’s cave systems, where the vast majority of training is conducted, and has explored and mapped previously undiscovered cave systems in Northern Thailand. He has also conducted Cave Diving courses in cave systems around South East Asia and the USA.
Craig teaches monthly PADI MSDT and Speciality Instructor Programs on Koh Tao, providing Instructor level information on areas such as Deep Diving, Nitrox Diving, Wreck Diving, Search and Recovery Diving, Navigation Diving, Night Diving and Photography Diving.
Prior to life in Thailand, Craig trained and worked as a Journeyman Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanic. He has six years experience with Caterpillar dealerships in Canada and Australia and was recognised with first place in Skills Canada Competition for Automotive Service two years running. With these skills as a base he is a proficient Scuba Equipment Technician experienced in teaching, servicing and adjusting all types of SCUBA and Technical Diving Equipment.

Jeff Glenn is a PADI Course Director, PADI TecRec Instructor Trainer, TDI Instructor Trainer and Koh Tao’s only Advanced Trimix Instructor Trainer. He is also TDI Full Cave Instructor and JJ-CCR Instructor.
He is one of the most experienced trainers in Asia with over 20 years of teaching experience in Recreational, Technical and Instructor Development.
Originally from Australia’s Gold Coast, Jeff has been diving since the early 90’s and has logged thousands of dives in differing environments from the wrecks in the gulf of Thailand, the depths of the Blue Hole, Dahab to the pristine reefs of Ningaloo, Western Australia. Jeff has also been involved in successful CCR World record attempts to 300m as a deep support diver and has explored cave systems around the world to a max depth of 160m with his Bans Tec teammates.
He began his professional training in Airlee Beach, Australia where he became a Divemaster, and moved to Koh Tao in 2000 to become a PADI Instructor.
Jeff has mentored hundreds of instructors throughout his career and is proud of the 100% success rate he has on his on his IDC’s and Instructor Exams. Many of these Instructors have now progressed further into Technical
Instruction under the guidance of Jeff and the Ban’s Tec team, and have established successful careers in their own region as Technical Diving Instructors.
On his journey to his current qualification level, Jeff was mentored by some of the world’s leading Dive Educators and applies the many training tools and techniques he picked up along the way into his own successful programs.
Jeff also travels the world teaching various technical programs on request at some of the worlds best technical diving destinations.
